The Analytics page shows what your offers did in the days you choose, held against other days.
At the top you choose the offer (All offers, or one), the days (Today, Yesterday, the last 7, 30 or 90 days, or Custom, any days of the last 180) and the days to compare with (Previous period, the same number of days just before, No comparison, or Custom). The page counts its figures again when you change one.
- Ten tiles: Revenue, Added revenue, Orders, Views, Conversion rate, Average order value, Revenue per view, Added to cart, Add to cart rate and Discount given. Each says how it changed against the days you compare with, as an arrow and a percent, and what it was then. Point at a tile's name to read what it counts.
- The chart: press a tile to see that figure day by day. The blue line is your days, the dotted line the days you compare with. Point at a day to read both.
- From views to orders: for views, added to cart and orders, a column for your days and a lighter one for the days you compare with, and under each step the share of views that went that far.
- Items per order: the orders with an offer, by how many items each held: 1, 2, 3, or 4 or more. Each column is a share of those orders, your days beside the days you compare with, and under it how many orders that was. More orders of 2 items or more mean buyers take the bigger tiers.
- By offer: each offer's figures, with the figures of the days you compare with under them in grey.
- Export as CSV, at the top of the page, downloads the page's days and offer as a file, a row for each offer and day. Its link works for 15 minutes.
Revenue is what buyers paid for the items the app's discount was on. Added revenue is what they paid for an offer's products past one item at its full price, and for its add-ons. Three waxes at $63.62, where one costs $24.95, added $38.67. A board with a wax for less than the board alone added nothing. In "Buy 2, get 1 free" the two items paid for count, less one. A free gift adds nothing. It guesses that a buyer would have bought one item without the offer, which nobody can know, so read it beside the items per order.
Cancelled and test orders are left out, and refunds are not taken off. An offer counts only orders placed after it was first published, and only on the products it reaches. The app reads your orders from 60 days before you installed it, keeps 180 days of figures, and counts every hour and when the page opens.
Views: the widget tells our server once a day from a browser, with no visitor number. A shopper on two browsers counts twice. Nothing is counted from the theme editor or a preview theme. The conversion rate is the orders with an offer for every 100 views. It is a rough measure: the people who saw an offer and the people who ordered are not always the same.
A dash means the app has no figure for those days: before it read your orders, or before it counted views.
