Help for Bundles
Short guides, in plain words, for the Bundles app for Shopify. The same guides are in the app, on its Help page, where an assistant that sees your offers answers questions too.
Start
- Make your first offer · An offer shows tiers on a product page, like "Buy 2, save 10%".
- Which offer a product shows · A product shows one offer. You choose what an offer is on in "Show it on".
- Talk to a person, and send ideas · A person on our team answers you inside the app.
Offers
- What a tier can do · An offer has tiers. The buyer picks one. A tier has a quantity, a discount and a name.
- Words on a tier: name, subtitle and badge · Each tier has three lines of words. You write them in the editor.
- Days, markets and customers · An offer can run only for some days, and only for some buyers.
- Why does my offer not show? · An offer that is live and does not show on your store has one of the causes below.
- The list of offers · The Offers page lists every offer in a table: what it is on and its tiers, its state, and its views, orders and revenue in the days you…
- Test two versions of an offer · An A/B test shows two versions of an offer to different visitors, and tells you which one brings more money per visitor.
- Add-ons: let the buyer tick an extra · An add-on is a product the buyer can tick under the tiers to add to the same order, like gift wrapping or a card.
- Subscribe and save: let the buyer choose a plan · If your store sells subscriptions, an offer can show them.
- Other discounts with your offers · Your offers are one discount in Shopify.
Look and words
- Change how offers look · The Design page sets how every offer looks on your store.
- Translate your offers · When your store sells in more than one language, the Languages page shows one language at a time.
- Where the offer shows on the page · By default an offer shows on the page of its product, above Add to cart, on any Online Store 2.0 theme.
Numbers and money
- Read your analytics · The Analytics page shows what your offers did in the days you choose, held against other days.
- What the app costs · The app is free until your offers sell $500 in a billing month.
- Limits and what the app does not do · Some limits come from Shopify, and some things the app does not do.
- Your data and uninstalling · The app reads your products, its own discount, and your orders, only to count what the offers sold.
