Limits and what the app does not do
Some limits come from Shopify, and some things the app does not do. Read this before you plan a big offer.
The app's own limits: up to 20 tiers in one offer, and up to 999 items in a tier. A set holds this product and up to 5 other products, each from 1 to 99 of it. A tier gives up to 5 free gifts, each from 1 to 99 of it. An offer names up to 50 other products in all, in its sets, gifts and add-ons.
Limits that come from Shopify:
- 3 options and 2,048 variants for each product.
- 25 active automatic discounts for each store, counting every app's. This app uses one.
- About 110 discounted lines in one cart.
- 50 other products in one offer: the products in its tiers, its gifts and its add-ons together. A product page can show no more. The offers on collections and on all products share 50 between them.
What the app does not do:
- It does not make draft orders, discount codes, copies of products, or bundle products.
- It does not mix different products of a collection toward one tier. Each product counts on its own.
- Build-a-box and mix-and-match offers are not built yet.
- The app's discount works with order discounts and shipping discounts, but not with other product discounts. If another product discount is on the same products, only one of them applies.
