Talk to a person, and send ideas
A person on our team answers you inside the app. Press the round chat button at the bottom right of any page, or Open the chat on the Help page.
Our assistant answers first, in seconds: it sees your offers and whether they work. Press Talk to a person at any time, and the chat goes to our team with everything said so far, so you do not have to explain again.
A person answers in the same chat. Under our name, the chat says how fast we usually answer. While an answer waits, the chat button shows a number and a preview of it, on every page.
You can send a picture or a PDF to a person: press the clip, or paste a screenshot into the box. Pictures and files from our team show in the chat too.
If you leave before we answer, we email you the answer after three minutes. Answer that email, and your answer comes back into the chat.
When we close a conversation, the chat asks how we did. Choose one of the four faces: it tells us what to do better.

The Ideas page is a board of columns: what we build next, in the order we plan it, what comes later, what is done, the ideas of other shops, and your own. Vote for what you want first: the votes help us choose the order, and you can take yours back.
Send an idea of your own in the box under the columns. Our team reads every idea. When we put it on the board, other shops can vote for it, and your store's name is never shown with it. The column Your ideas says what became of each one:
- Our team reads it: we have not decided yet.
- On the board: other shops see it and vote for it.
- We are building it: it is on its way, and the board says so too.
- Built: it is in the app, and it is listed under Done on the Ideas page.
- Not taken: we will not build it for now.
