Why does my offer not show?
An offer that is live and does not show on your store has one of the causes below. Publish checks the first eight and says which one is missing, on its field.
- The app embed is off in the theme. Press "Turn on the app embed" on the Offers page, or go to Online Store, Themes, Customize, App embeds, switch Bundles on, and press Save in the theme editor.
- The product is not on sale on the Online Store: it is a draft, archived, or not in the Online Store sales channel.
- The product has no price.
- The product already has a live offer. Unpublish the other offer first.
- A tier has no name, no tier takes anything off, a percent is 100 or more, two tiers have the same quantity, or more items are free than the tier holds.
- For a collection: it is not on the Online Store, it has no products, or it already has a live offer.
- On an offer for a collection or for all products, a tier of 1 item has a discount. That would take money off every product, even when the buyer takes one.
- A tier has the same name as another automatic discount in your store. Give the tier another name.
Other reasons an offer does not show:
- It is outside its days: the first day has not come, or the last day has passed. The Offers page says "Starts" or "Ended".
- It is for other buyers: another market, or customers with other tags.
- The automatic discount called "Bundles" was deleted or switched off. The Offers page says so and has a button, "Turn the discount back on".
- Its collection was taken off the Online Store. The Offers page says "Not showing".
- Another product discount is on the same products. Only one product discount applies at checkout.
